How long until I see results?
First visibility movements typically appear within 30–60 days on the prompts we track. Material citation gains across the 30–100 prompt set usually consolidate by day 90. By day 180 you have a defendable share-of-voice in your category.
What if ChatGPT or Google AI changes their algorithm?

Can I cancel the retainer?
90-day minimum on the retainer — anything shorter doesn't allow real visibility movement and would set you up to fail. After day 90, month-to-month. No annual lock-in, no termination fees.
What if it doesn't work?
If after 90 days on the retainer we cannot show measurable visibility improvement on the agreed prompt set, we keep working at no cost until we can. The risk is on us, not you.
Do you publish on our website directly?
By default we deliver publish-ready content (Google Doc / Markdown) and your team publishes — keeps your CMS clean and your brand voice in your hands. CMS-direct publishing is available on request for retainer clients.
Is my data and our internal info safe?
Yes. We're a Netherlands-registered business (KVK). All client data is processed under GDPR. We sign NDAs on request before any audit work. We do not train AI models on your content or share it with any third party.
